There’s not one single answer to this question. A website design is quoted based on the needs of each individual project. Every website is unique and requires different components; we design and develop custom websites specifically for you. We’ll ask a lot of questions, assess your needs, and give you a quote based on that assessment. Most of our sites run in the R3,000 – R5,000 range, but can be more or less depending on needs.
We don't like waiting, neither should you. On average, we shoot for a max. 7 days turnaround, but the pace of any project is set by each client. How much input you can provide during the initial stages, your availability with feedback, how quickly deposit is paid, how soon the content is ready – all this affects the speed of completion. The functionality needs may also play a role – more complex sites will take more time to develop.
Nope! We work with clients all over the country. All of the work we do is done remotely, which reduces costs for you.

Typically not. All of our client meetings are done over Whatsapp chat/ video call, email or via the phone. It’s rare that we NEED to meet people face to face. Technology allows us to do so much in a small space of time so we don’t believe face to face meetings are necessary. The time time we save, also contributes to the cheaper prices we charge.
Sometimes some of our clients drop by for a quick chat or invite us for onsite training or consultations(In this case, we’ll arrange a consultation charge for travel and possible accommodation depending on the distance.)
Absolutely! Having a mobile-friendly website is more important than ever! We work hard to ensure your website looks great on a variety of devices.
Short Answer: It depends.
There’s no clear answer to this question as search engines change their requirements all the time. However, we have had clients get to the first page for their main keywords within 2 days of launching and we’ve had websites take 2–3 months for Google to show them on the first page.
However, there is no guarantee you will ever get to the first page of Google for your main keywords, some of your competitors might have huge marketing budgets or have been there for years. The best way to improve is with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), especially if you don't have an unlimited Marketing budget.
Usually that is you. You are the expert on your business, so it’s usually best if it comes from you. If you need help, we offer copywrite services to help clean up or write original content for you at an additional cost.

The domain is registered in your name, whether you use our hosting services or not.
After you've made the final payment to us on completion, the website and all it's contents are yours.
We can develop a website for you for as little as R800. If you're in a strict budget you can start with that and keep adding features and functionality (charged by parts) to it untill it is complete.
Work on website development projects begins immediately once a deposit/proof of payment is received. This is for security and to avoid collection problems once the project is completed and you get some peace of mind knowing you haven’t paid the full amount until you see the complete website.
We don't believe web design should be an on-going cost to you, especially since we create a dashboard for you to manage the site.
We are only an email/ Whatsapp message away! We’re here to help you as much or as little as you need, and we won’t disappear once the site is launched.
We also provide a client portal which is available to all our clients, to make it easier to get our help if you need it.

Some of this might already be on the existing website, in which case it can be transferred over to the new site. Or you could choose to have us create content for your site, in which case we would require a brief about your business and brand.
Yes! As much as we enjoy answering your questions, we love it when our clients take control of their website and learn to manage it on their own. We’ll provide you with a free PDF tutorial(with pictures) to help you learn your way around, as well as an option to buy virtual training sessions, should you require.
No. We only use WordPress to build websites. We have used other platforms in the past but not anymore. WordPress Won.
WordPress is a platform that’s easily accessible for our clients to update themselves, it’s search engine friendly (search engines love WordPress) and it’s easy to integrate with third party companies. And it's easier to develop a website in, cutting time for us and cutting costs for you.
You get 3x revisions (design changes) on each website. Meaning that, if you don't like the site or parts of it, we can change them up to 3 times to get them to what you like. Best part is, we don't charge you extra for revisions.
Note: If you require any new feature/functionality that was not on the original quoted amount, you will be charged extra for it.

Not at all! As much as we pride ourselves in our stellar hosing services , we do not require you host with us to design a website for you.
Some web apps on your site most likely need to be updated. You can contact us and we’ll have a look.
If your 30 day free maintenance hasn’t lapsed you won’t be charged, otherwise, you will need to order the hourly website maintenance package from us (We will tell how many our are required after reviewing your site)
